The Alice Mayo Society events are sponsored by member annual dues as well as funding from Mayo Clinic Human Resources.
ACTIVITIES
The Alice Mayo Society offers a variety of activities designed to help members explore their interests, discover new ones, and connect with fellow members who share their curiosity.
Seasonal Activities
Catered by the AMS Activities Director and Activities Co-Chair, the Alice Mayo Society periodically offers seasonal activities that provide opportunities ranging from learning something new and honing skills to exploring the outdoors, staying active, and enjoying entertainment. Some of these activities are available for the whole family.
CLUBS
The Alice Mayo Society offers a range of member-led clubs designed to help members connect and build lasting relationships.
Book Club
The AMS Book Club comes together each month to discuss a wide range of books selected by our members. Our reading list spans various genres and topics, fostering engaging conversations and diverse perspectives. Whether you enjoy fiction, non-fiction, or something in between, our book club offers a welcoming environment to share insights and connect with fellow literature enthusiasts.
Small Business Club
The AMS Small Business Club is designed for members interested in small business and personal finance. We host a variety of professional guests from the community who share their expertise on topics such as entrepreneurship, financial planning, and business management, offering valuable insights and networking opportunities.
